HELP!!! Ornate box turtle in trouble!?
I chnged my turtles bedding and she ate it... not her but lookes swolen...
this is the bedding i originaly bought

Once I noticed she was eating it I took it out and went to the store the next day and bought this compressed coconut stuff....
here are some picture of her but... i think she is constipated but I want to make sure nothing seriose is happening...
what is wrong with her?
Eating some bedding like that stuff is not a big deal, and she look a bit swollen, but mostly like she is plump.
Make sure she has water and good temps/humidity. You may also want to give her a good soak once a day until she has a good bowel movement- use about 1 1/2" to 2" of warm water in something like a plastic shoe box.
Boxies tend to overeat like crazy, so our plan is rather small meals most days of the week.
