i think its the right size for the vivarium i would be getting
i already have 2 hides, a humid hide, 2 thermometers, reptile carpet, bug gel, bug food, calcium powder, feeding tongs

This should work just fine, however please be very careful! The calcisand offered with this product isn't good for leopard geckos, as injesting sand when they eat can result in impacted gut. Repticarpet is a much better choice! Also, leopard geckos need a 'wet hide' so that they can shed preoperly. I use a small plastic tupperware bin with a hole cut out and peat moss in side that I mist daily. This helps them stay hydrated as well as helps them shed.
